COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
4-5 lbs. country style ribs
1 jar barbecue sauce (original flavor)
1/2 to 3/4 c. honey
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes hot sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Boil ribs until tender. Put ribs on cookie sheet, brown on both sides at 350 degrees. Mix barbecue sauce and all ingredients, mix with fork. Heat sauce in Pyrex in oven 3-5 minute or microwave for 1 minute. Top ribs with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

The Country ribs turned out so tender and the barbeque flavor cooked thru better than using the broiler. I used a shallow glass pan, easier to clean than a sheet pan, and moved it up close to the flame. Loved them!
