COUNTRY STYLE RIBS | |
4-5 lbs. country style ribs 1 jar barbecue sauce (original flavor) 1/2 to 3/4 c. honey 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 dashes hot sauce 1 tsp. mustard 1/4 c. brown sugar Boil ribs until tender. Put ribs on cookie sheet, brown on both sides at 350 degrees. Mix barbecue sauce and all ingredients, mix with fork. Heat sauce in Pyrex in oven 3-5 minute or microwave for 1 minute. Top ribs with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. |
