1 can apple fruit filling
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread apple fruit filling over bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda and salt. Sprinkle over fruit filling. Blend beaten eggs, vanilla and oil. Pour over ingredients in pan. Stir with fork until blended. Smooth batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping.
