2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
21 oz. can apple pie filling
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 2 ingredients well. Add remaining ingredients and beat 50 strokes by hand. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix ingredients and bring to a boil. Prick warm cake with fork and pour glaze over. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
