COCONUT POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. frozen or fresh grated coconut
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. milk or fresh coconut milk

Blend butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour and salt, add alternately with milk. Beat well. Add flavorings and coconut. Bake at 300 degrees in bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours.
