BAKED CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 potatoes, coarsely grated (raw)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
Garlic

Butter casserole and rub with garlic. Place potatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Mix together salt, pepper, eggs, milk and 3/4 cup grated cheese. Pour over potatoes and dot with butter and 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
