POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Pour melted butter over hash brown in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with salt, pepper and onion; mix together. Soup and sour cream. Spread over potatoes. Sprinkle on top: 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted butter.
