MICROWAVE POTATO - CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

In an 8 x 12 microwave pan, microwave the butter and onion until onion is partially cooked. Add the remaining ingredients and microwave on high for 15 minutes. Top with a mixture of 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 cup crushed corn flakes. Microwave for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
