MICROWAVE POTATO CHEDDAR
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

In 2-quart glass casserole, combine potatoes and onions. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high power 8 to 12 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Combine sour cream, salt and curry powder. Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered at high power for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
