CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. onion, minced

Wash potatoes. Place in large saucepan, cover with water. Cook 25 minutes. Cool. Peel.

Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 cups grated cheese, 1 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup minced onion, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Place in greased 2-quart casserole. Dice potatoes, add to above mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Serve hot!
