BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkg. frozen chopped (10 oz.) broccoli
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Butter 9 x 9 pan. Cook broccoli per directions on package. Drain. Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese, pour into dish. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour.
