STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, grated
1 (15 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce with mushrooms
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar

Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1 can Hunts tomato sauce with mushroom. Blanch cabbage leaves by covering them with boiling water, for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain. Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of Eden cabbage leaf. Fold ends over roll up and fasten with toothpick.

Mix remaining can of sauce with brown sugar and lemon juices, basting occasionally uncovered and continue cooking 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
