STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 med. cabbage
1 pkg. hamburger meat
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. raw white rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. grated cheese
3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
Toothpicks

Cook cabbage leaves for about 5 minutes covered. Drain, layer out for filling. Combine meat (cooked) with the next 5 ingredients. Fill up the cabbage leaves about half full with filling, roll, secure with toothpicks. Place in greased skillet. Sprinkle on cheese. Drain your tomatoes (keep the juice).

Place tomatoes around the edges. Pour on 3/4 of the tomato juice. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until cabbage rolls are tender. Take out toothpicks and serve.
