STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Dozen lg. stuffing mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. diced onions
Chunk of Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Tomato juice

Melt butter in saucepan. Remove stems and place mushroom caps on pan (dust). Cut up stems and put into saucepan. Add diced onions. Dice cheese and add to mixture while it is hot.

Cover mixture with bread crumbs, moisten with tomato juice until mixture is similar to a turkey stuffing. Stuff the caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
