BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup and water
Salt and pepper to taste
4 c. chopped cabbage

Preheat 325 degrees. Brown beef and onions. Add soup, water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Pour mixture over cabbage in a 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour.
