BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 med. cabbage
1 can tomato soup
1 med. onion
Cheese

Brown beef and onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, hot sauce. Alternate layers beef and cabbage until all is used. Dilute can of tomato soup with small amount of water until smooth. Pour over beef and cabbage working it into mixture. Top with thin layers of cheese or grated cheese. Dot with catsup if desired. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Uncover and add cheese. Melt in oven.
