BEEF CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. butter
4-5 c. cabbage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

In large skillet, melt butter and add cabbage and onion. Mix well. Arrange potatoes over cabbage and sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Crumble beef over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce and water over ground beef. Cover skillet and cook over low heat 30-35 minutes or until beef is done.
