VEGETABLE BEEF CASSEROLE 
Lean ground beef
Chopped vegetables
Salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup

Cabbage
Onions
Carrots
1 rib celery
Cut potatoes in chunks

Mix the vegetables. Put a layer of crumbled fresh ground lean beef in the bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a layer of mixed vegetables. Alternate layers of meat and vegetables, leaving a layer of vegetables on top. Dilute canned soup as directed on the can and pour over casserole before cooking.

This may be left to cook all day -- on low, while you are at work or play.
