HAMBURGER AND VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 c. shredded potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix carrots and potatoes with salt and pepper in casserole dish. Brown hamburger and fry onions until soft. Add to top of vegetables. Mix soup and water and pour over casserole. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 425 degrees.
