2 egg whites
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites stiff, add brown sugar, pecans, and vanilla. Beat together and pour by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
