1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
Pecans (as many pieces or halves that mixture will hold)

Beat egg white until VERY stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla and pecans. Drop by small amounts onto a buttered cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 40-50 party dainties, and OH! So Yummy!
