BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beat with 1 tbsp. water
1 roll mild sausage

Serve with fresh fruit or jam. Cook and crumble sausage (drain). Unroll dinner rolls and press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sausage, then a layer of grated cheese. Pour egg mixture over slowly in the entire pan. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown. Cool for 15 minutes.
