BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lg. can crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk

Cook and drain sausage. Line buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish with rolls. Press together. Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top of rolls. Combine other ingredients and pour on top of sausage. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.

Hint: Sausage can be cooked the night before. Refrigerate and next morning warm in microwave. This helps to save time in the mornings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
