BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 tube crescent roll dough
9 slices Velveeta cheese
2 c. milk
6 eggs

Brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble and drain fat. Set aside. Spread crescent rolls over bottom of casserole dish and spread sausage on top of crescent rolls. Spread out cheese evenly over the top of the layers.

In a separate bowl, mix together milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until casserole consistency. Enjoy! Serves 9-12.

Much easier to make than other egg casseroles. I substituted 6 pieces of bacon for the sausage, used American cheese instead of veleveeta and added broccoli for some veggies . It was delicious!!!

VERY EASY to make, I did of course put my own spin on it and used shredded mild cheddar instead of the slices and I used corned beef instead of sausage. It seemed physically light, but I'm sure its packed full of calories.

This is very easy to do. Try a veggie version that substitutes spinach and sliced tomatoes for the meat.
