SPINACH AND STRAWBERRY SALAD 
SALAD:

1 lb. fresh spinach
1/4 lb. (1 c.) fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 lb. (1 c.) fresh bean sprouts
1/2 lb. (1 c.) seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. real bacon bits

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 med. onion, grated
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

SALAD: Wash spinach; drain, pat dry and remove tough stems. Break into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.

DRESSING: Place all ingredients in small bowl. Blend well with wire whisk or fork.
