BROCCOLI - NOODLE PARMESAN 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped, & flowerets separated from stems
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
Parmesan cheese to taste
1 lb. linguine or fettuccini noodles, cooked

Heat oil in large frying pan. Saute onion for 5 minutes, then add chopped broccoli stems. Stir a minute more and add mushrooms, salt, herbs and seeds. Then add 1/4 cup water and broccoli flowerets. Reduce heat and steam, covered, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of broccoli mix to melt. Serve over noodles.
