WUNDERCHOEN EINTOF 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. lean pork, cured
1 tsp. salt
2 onions, chopped
1 tbsp. paprika
2-3 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 med. sized potatoes
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce with tomato bites

Heat oil in skillet and slowly brown pork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add onion and paprika. Cook slowly until onion is tender. Pour off fat. Add tomato sauce, water and garlic. Bring to a simmer - cover; let simmer 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, simmer covered 1 1/2 hours, or more or until meat and potatoes are tender.
