CRAB CASSEROLE 
1/2 to 1 c. crabmeat
3 chopped boiled eggs
1 c. evaporated milk or light cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Butter to taste
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs (reserve 1/2 c.)

Combine everything and top with the reserved 1/2 cup crumbs and dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
