NANCY'S PRAWN AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. cooked prawns
1 can crab (7 1/2 oz.)
15 oz. can artichoke hearts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter
5 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Drain and arrange prawns, crab and artichokes in casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cheese. Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk, sherry, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour sauce over seafood. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice. May be prepared and refrigerated ahead of time. Takes longer to bake if refrigerated. Serves 4.
