CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 c. instant rice
2 c. boiling water

Set aside 10 minutes.

5 stalks green onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese, Cheddar or Long Horn
1 lb. imitation crab

Mix all together (add crab last). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes just until hot. Do not cook. Yum, Yum.
