SCOTT'S FAVORITE SLOP 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. dried minced onion
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mashed potatoes

Brown ground chuck together with minced onion, salt and pepper. Drain off grease. Stir cream of mushroom soup into meat mixture. Heat on low and serve over buttered mashed potatoes.
