FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can apricots in syrup 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 3 sm. bananas 1/2 c. sugar 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice Blend apricots and pineapple with syrup. Add orange juice, water, lemon juice and sugar; mix well. After blended, add strawberries, break up slightly. Slice bananas into a 9x13 inch pan. Pour mixture on top. Freeze at least 24 hours. Before serving, let set at room temperature about 25 minutes. |
