FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can apricots, drained
1 (17 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. fruit juice (from drained fruit)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Bring fruit juices and sugar to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice; cool. Combine fruit, thawed orange juice and boiled juice; stir well. Pour into pan. Freeze. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
