BARBECUE RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. pork ribs
Salt and pepper

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water

Brown the 3 to 4 lbs. pork ribs, season with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan and cover with the sauce mixture, that has been mixed together. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
