ONE DISH MACARONI BEEF 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. macaroni (uncooked)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup
1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Crumble ground beef in 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in onion. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients; cover again. Microwave on DEFROST (30% power) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until macaroni is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before servings. 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
