BEEF & NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained

Crumble ground beef into 2 1/2 or 3 quart glass casserole; add onion and celery. Microwave, covered, 6 to 7 minutes or until celery is tender. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave, covered, 15 to 18 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring 2 to 3 times. Let stand several minutes before serving. Makes 5 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
