ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
6 floured tortillas (8 inch)
2 c. shredded Cheddar

Brown meat, add chili seasoning, stir in soups and water. Simmer together until well blended. Layer 9x13 inch pan with quartered tortillas. Cover with 1/3 of sauce. Continue to layer. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
