ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Fritos corn chips
1 can corn
1 can olives
1 tsp. chili powder
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can red chili sauce
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat, onion, chili powder. Remove from heat; add corn and olives. Layer half the Fritos in 9x12 inch pan, layer half meat mixture, top with more Fritos and rest of meat mixture. Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with sauce and then cheese.
