ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. flour tortillas (10 inch size)
1 lb. Marble Jack cheese

Brown ground beef. Add 1/4 cup water and taco seasoning. Mix in tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Shred cheese while sauce is simmering. Spray 2 large pie pans with Pam. Place 1 tortilla, sauce mixture and cheese in layer (2x) in each pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut each pie into 4 slices. Serve with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, tomato, onions, olives, etc. 8 servings.
