RHUBARB CRISP 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. raw oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add rhubarb and stir until coated. Put in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
