PETE'S RHUBARB CRISP 
7 c. sliced rhubarb, 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix together and spread into 8 or 9 inch baking pan or dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. lightly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. softened butter

Mix dry ingredients together, then rub in butter. Spread topping over rhubarb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until rhubarb is soft and/or topping is browned.
