PARIS PUFFINS 
1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. (each) sugar, milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix Crisco, sugar and egg; blend dry ingredients; add alternately with milk; fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Immediately after baking, roll top in butter, then in sugar/cinnamon mixture; serve hot.
