5 HOUR NO PEEK STEW | |
2 lbs. stew meat 1 can tomatoes 1 lb. carrots, cut in 1" chunks 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 4 or 5 potatoes, cut in chunks 3 or 4 stalks celery, cut in chunks 3 tbsp. tapioca 1 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can mushroom soup Place all together in pan with tight lid. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. DO NOT remove cover while cooking. |
