2 lbs. lean beef stew cut in 2 inch cubes
1 1/3 oz. env. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. water

Put ingredients in casserole and cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do not peek! Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
