DON'T PEEK STEW | |
2 lbs. stew meat 3 med. potatoes, cut in chunks 1 c. sliced celery 1 can tomato soup 3 carrots, cut up 1 pkg. frozen peas 1 sm. onion, diced 2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste Put stew meat in Dutch oven. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and peas. Pour over this 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 can water. Cover and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees. DON'T PEEK. Great for when you go shopping and want a quick dinner. Serve with warm rolls and a green salad. |
