THE BEST WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. dry yeast
3 1/2 to 4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. sea salt

Place the flour in a large bowl and set it in the oven at the lowest temperature for 20 minutes. Dissolve the dry yeast in 1 cup warm water. Add the honey to it and set it aside. Dissolve the molasses in 1 cup warm water. Set it aside. When the flour is warmed, add the yeast and molasses mixtures and then the sea salt.

Stir, do NOT knead. SLOWLY add enough of the remaining water to produce a very sticky dough. Oil two large or four small pans. Place the sticky dough (1/3 to 1/2 full) into bread pans. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool about 20 minutes before removing from pans.
