EASY NO-KNEAD WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
3 c. warm water, 105-115 degrees
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 tbsp. molasses or honey
4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt

Combine warm water, yeast and molasses or honey. Stir to dissolve yeast. In large mixing bowl, combine flours and salt. Pour liquid into dry ingredients; mix well. Mixture will be quite wet.

Divide dough into 2 greased loaf pans. Let dough stand in a warm place for about 15 minutes or until mixture has partly risen. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Bottom of loaf will sound hollow when tapped. Turn onto rack to cool. Makes 2 loaves.
