NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cubed
5 med. potatoes
2 c. celery
5 carrots
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
4 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 c. water

Place all ingredients in roasting pan and cover. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Don't peek!
