NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
2 lb. beef cubes
4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, cubed
1 lg. onion, diced
5 stalks celery, sliced
1 can plain tomatoes
1-2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. tapioca
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Additional vegetables, if desired

Brown meat first, then add all other ingredients. Put in 250 degree oven for 5 hours. DO NOT PEEK.
