DON'T PEEK OVEN BEEF STEW 
3 lbs. stew meat
2 onions
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
5 potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. tapioca

Cut vegetables and mix with salt, sugar and tomato juice. Pour in pan. Sprinkle tapioca over ingredients in pan. Cover and seal tightly with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours AND DON'T PEEK!
