CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
3 1/2 lbs. cooked chicken breasts, boned and in lg. pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook and drain one 20 oz. bag of frozen chopped broccoli. Place in bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Cook 3 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, bone and skin, leave in large pieces. Place on top of broccoli.

Mix one can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over chicken. Cover with two cups (or more) grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with 1 can onion rings and return to oven for 5 minutes.
